Which proxy products can I buy now?
Static ISP, static native residential and datacenter proxies are currently available. For a fixed exit over time, explore the two residential options; for cost and general task performance, explore datacenter proxies. Check the purchase page for regions and stock.
Which proxy protocols are supported?
SOCKS5 and HTTP are supported. Select the matching protocol in your tool and enter the host, port and authentication supplied by the dashboard. You can also choose SOCKS5 or HTTP when exporting; keep the tool and export settings consistent.
Can I purchase from mainland China?
Purchases from mainland China are not supported. Please confirm that your location is within the supported service area before purchasing. Contact support first if you are unsure about eligibility.
Is there a free trial?
There is currently no free trial. You can review the product pages, plan specifications and usage guide before buying. If you need help choosing, tell us your target region, tool and intended use.
Are purchased IPs dedicated?
Yes. Static proxies are dedicated to you during the active subscription. Your assigned static IP is not simultaneously sold to other customers as a shared resource. Find your IPs, remarks and expiry dates in Static proxy management.
Do static proxies have traffic limits?
Static proxies have unlimited traffic and are billed by IP count and duration. Traffic allowance and bandwidth are different: unlimited traffic does not mean unlimited transfer speed. Check your selected plan for bandwidth.
How much bandwidth does a proxy have?
Bandwidth varies by plan; the purchase page shows the applicable specification. Match it to browsing, streaming or large-file needs. Tell support your expected workload and tool if you would like help choosing.
What should I know about IP quality and fraud scores?
We screen IP resources before allocation, but scores can differ between testing services. Explore static native residential proxies if local ISP identity matters to your work. A score does not guarantee access to a target site, so test the actual tool after setup.
Can I change the country or region after purchase?
You cannot directly change an existing static IP’s country or region. Buy a new resource in the required location on the purchase page. Your original IP remains under its existing subscription so you can manage regional tasks separately.
Can I buy dynamic proxies now?
Not yet. Dynamic products are still in internal planning. Choose from static ISP, static native residential and datacenter proxies for now. Availability, traffic statistics and billing will be announced at launch.
