Partnerships and custom plans

Tell us your goals and intended use if you need bulk purchasing, a partnership or custom resources. These answers explain how to submit requirements, review a proposal and confirm key terms before ordering.

How do I contact you about a partnership or custom resources?

Email support@mantaproxy.com or contact us on Telegram, and mention “business partnership” or “custom IPs”. Briefly describe your business and requirements so we can help route the inquiry. Include a reference or summary if you already have a proposal or an earlier conversation.

What types of cooperation can I ask about?

You can inquire about bulk orders, channel partnerships, software integration and custom IP resources; see the affiliate guide for referrals. Our current focus is static ISP, static native residential and datacenter proxies. Channel and custom proposals require review; an inquiry does not grant reseller, white-label or brand usage rights. Dynamic products remain in internal planning and are not currently available to purchase.

What should I include in my first inquiry?

Include the product, region, quantity, duration and intended use so we can assess the request. Mark anything undecided as “to be confirmed”; a complex document is not necessary. Useful details include:

  • Product type, target country or region, and essential city, ISP or subnet requirements.
  • Initial quantity, expected ongoing volume, purchasing duration and desired start date.
  • Lawful use case, client or system environment, and practical bandwidth or connection requirements.
  • Budget range, acceptable alternatives, and a contact person or account email for replies.

Are there bulk discounts or minimum order quantities?

Bulk pricing and minimum quantities depend on the product and resources; there is no single discount or threshold for every request. Include your initial quantity, expected ongoing volume and purchasing schedule. Check the currency, unit price, quantity, duration, total and quote expiry, and distinguish initial purchase from renewal terms. A standard page price is not automatically a custom quote.

What IP customization can I request?

You can submit country or region, city, ISP, ASN or subnet preferences for a resource review. Choose static ISP, static native residential or datacenter proxies, then distinguish essential requirements from flexible preferences. Specific IPs, contiguous ranges or separate subnets need individual confirmation; submitting a request does not mean matching stock exists.

Can you guarantee a specific region, ISP or subnet?

No guarantee can be made before we check current resources against your requirements. Specify whether acceptance uses IP registration data, a particular lookup database or a target platform’s result. Databases may report different regions or ISPs. Also list requirements for multiple subnets, long-term fixed IPs or a particular allocation method. If a requirement cannot be met, discuss acceptable changes to region, type or quantity.

Is there a free trial, or can I test before a bulk order?

There is no free trial. Tell us your testing goals before ordering if you need to check setup or compatibility. Review public product information and the usage guide first. If you prefer a small paid order or staged purchasing, confirm available specifications and arrangements in advance. Any sample or test arrangement needs confirmation and cannot guarantee acceptance by a target platform or compatibility with every use case.

How are custom delivery dates and acceptance checks agreed?

Confirm deliverables, timing and acceptance checks before payment; an inquiry or quote is not delivery of resources. Review the following and keep the mutually confirmed proposal:

  1. Confirm product type, quantity, region, duration, protocols, authentication and other agreed requirements.
  2. Confirm price, payment method, delivery batches, billing start or expiry dates, and how to check delivery and report issues.
  3. After delivery, check connectivity, exit IP and region as agreed. Report discrepancies in the original conversation with resource references and redacted results.

Can custom resources be reserved long term? What about expansion and renewal?

Long-term retention, expansion and renewals need advance confirmation; an initial order does not imply an ongoing stock reservation. Specify the IPs to retain, planned extra quantity, timing and duration. Confirm renewal pricing, renewable resources and expiry arrangements. If using automatic renewal, check its scope and your account balance. A standard order’s automatic renewal setting is not a promise to reserve extra resources.

Can I request API integration, resale or a white-label partnership?

You can submit these requests, but interfaces, permissions and scope need individual confirmation. For software integration, explain whether you need resource lookup, purchasing, delivery or management, plus your environment and expected request volume. For ordinary client configuration, start with HTTP or SOCKS5. Resale, white-label use and brand assets require separate discussion; a standard purchase or affiliate membership does not grant those rights.

How do referrals differ from channel partnerships, and how does commission work?

Referrals use a personal link or code to establish attribution; channel, resale and custom partnerships need a separately confirmed proposal. The current program permanently attributes customers who register through the qualifying invitation method, with commission up to 15%; use the actual account and ledger rate. Pending commission settles weekly, and the current panel states next Monday. Registration alone earns no commission. Accrual, settlement and withdrawal are separate stages; see the affiliate guide for details.

How should I follow up? Do you need passwords or customer data?

Continue in the original email or Telegram conversation; account passwords, verification codes and proxy credentials are not needed. Keep your requirement summary, proposal version and confirmed terms. Clearly identify changes to quantity, region or delivery dates. Share only the business and resource details needed for assessment and redact unrelated customer data. Replies, quotes and delivery depend on requirement and resource checks; there is no promised fixed turnaround.
