Manually renew existing proxies

Updated on 2026-10-18 About 3 min read

Renewal extends an existing resource. Purchase additional proxies separately. If you need continued use of the current resource, arrange renewal before expiry.

1. Select one or more resources

  1. For one proxy, choose Renew on its row.
  2. For multiple proxies, select them, verify the count and choose More bulk actions → Bulk renewal duration.
  3. Check target, remark and current expiry before paying for a different project’s resources by mistake.

2. Review the renewal order

  • Choose an available duration and check the projected new expiry.
  • Select an offered payment method and check subtotal, total and currency.
  • Check instance count, target resources and the automatic-renewal setting.
  • Use the current order’s discounts, charges and payment options; do not infer real prices from demonstration images.

3. Confirm the result after payment

  1. Submit only after reviewing the order, then follow payment instructions.
  2. Check the new expiry in the proxy list and compare order or billing records.
  3. If processing or unchanged, review the existing order and payment before submitting another.
  4. For a discrepancy, contact support with order reference, time and page message.

4. Can an expired proxy retain its IP?

This depends on current resource status. A Renew button does not guarantee recovery or retention of the IP. Review current messages and ask support when necessary; avoid repeated payments before confirming recoverability.
