Check the listed expiry, remaining time and subscription settings before deciding whether to renew manually or verify an automatic renewal.
1. Understand resource status
| Status | What to check |
|---|---|
| Active | The resource is within validity; still verify connectivity and target-site access in your tool. |
| Expiring soon | Review the displayed date and arrange renewal or confirm funds for automatic renewal. |
| Expired | Check current service and renewal availability. Remaining in the list does not imply it still connects. |
2. Prepare before expiry
- Filter expiring resources and identify which projects still need them.
- Renew manually or check automatic subscription and available balance.
- Verify new expiry and records after payment, rather than relying only on a payment-provider success screen.
3. Connection fails after expiry
Confirm the expiry, then review current renewal or recovery messages. Recovery, IP retention and processing time depend on the actual resource; this guide promises neither a fixed retention period nor immediate restoration.
4. Still unavailable after renewal, or missing
- Check order completion, new expiry and the current account.
- Restore all status and filters, check pages, and confirm your tool still uses the current resource.
- Test connectivity and exit IP again and retain the full error message if it fails.
- Give official support the order or resource reference, time and checks performed; do not send passwords or verification codes.
